Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026 · Last updated: November 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and RRG Digital Marketing LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as Merabo ("Merabo," "we," "us"). They cover your use of getmerabo.com, our free demos, and our paid website and lead-tool services (the "Services"). By using the website, requesting a demo, or signing up for a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our Services are for businesses. If you sign up for a plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have authority to bind the business you represent ("you" or "Client").

1. Free demos

  • Demos are free and carry no obligation to buy.
  • A demo is a sample built from the details you enter or from information the business has published. Its text is sample copy, not statements by or about the business, and it is labeled "Demo built for your business by Merabo. Not an official site."
  • Demo links are private, not listed in search engines, and expire after 14 days.
  • A demo does not mean the business is affiliated with Merabo or endorses us. A business may ask us to remove a demo at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will remove it promptly.
  • Don't create a demo for a business you don't own or represent, except to show that business its own demo.

2. Plans and pricing

PlanPriceIncludes
Website Care$129/monthWebsite, hosting, SSL, domain registered in your name, monthly edits, Google Business Profile tune-up
Website + Lead Tools$297/monthWebsite Care plus contact manager (CRM), missed-call text-back, review requests, shared inbox, monthly report
Website + AI Assistant$497/monthLead Tools plus AI chat and booking (English and Spanish) and AI-drafted review replies
  • Setup fee: $0.
  • Founding offer: our first three clients get the Website + Lead Tools plan for $197/month, locked for 12 months from the start date. After 12 months, the regular price applies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Annual prepay: pay for 12 months up front and pay the price of 10.
  • Prices exclude any applicable sales taxes. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' email notice. A price change never affects a locked founding price during its 12 months.
  • "Monthly edits" means reasonable text, image and section updates to existing pages, about one hour of work per month. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately before any work starts.

3. Billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same day each month through Stripe, using the card or account you authorize. If a payment fails, we will email you and retry. If it is still unpaid 7 days later, we may pause the Services until the balance is paid. We will not delete your website or data during the first 30 days of a payment pause.

4. Cancellation

  • Plans are month-to-month. Cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] with 30 days' notice. Services continue, and are billed, through the end of the notice period.
  • We don't refund partial months.
  • Annual prepay: if you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the full prepayment minus one month at the regular monthly price. After 30 days, annual prepayments are non-refundable, and the Services continue to the end of the prepaid year.
  • We may end the Services with 30 days' notice for any reason, and we will refund any prepaid amount for the period after the end date. We may suspend or end the Services immediately if you seriously breach these Terms, for example by sending messages without consent.
  • When the Services end, you have 30 days to request an export of your website content (text and images you provided) and your contact list (CSV), and we will help you point your domain to a new provider.

5. Fair use of messaging and AI

Plans include text messages, email sending, phone minutes and AI usage within a fair-use limit that fits a typical local business. If your usage goes well above that, we will tell you before charging anything. With your approval, extra usage is billed at our cost from the providers. Fees charged by carriers or regulators for business texting registration (A2P 10DLC) are passed through at cost. We will tell you the amount first.

6. Ownership and your domain

  • Your domain is registered in your business's name and belongs to you.
  • Your content (logos, photos, text and customer lists you provide or collect) belongs to you. You give us permission to use it to provide the Services.
  • Our materials (templates, page designs, code, automations, scripts, snapshots and know-how) belong to Merabo. While you are a client, you may use them for your business. When the Services end, the website built on our platform is not transferred as a file, but we will export your content as described above.
  • We may mention your business name and website as a client example unless you ask us not to.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information, including your legal business name, EIN and address for messaging registration.
  • Make sure you have the rights to content you give us, and that your website content is truthful. You are responsible for claims about your licenses, prices and services.
  • Follow the rules of your profession, such as attorney advertising rules, insurance licensing rules, or dental board rules.
  • Health information: our Services are not designed to store protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA, and we do not sign business associate agreements unless agreed separately in writing. Dental and medical clients must not use forms, texts or chat to collect diagnoses, treatment details or other PHI.
  • Keep your logins private and tell us right away about any unauthorized access.

8. Texting and calling your customers

You are the sender of the texts, calls and emails sent from your account, and you are responsible for following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, carrier rules and state laws. In particular:

  • Text or call people only with the consent the law requires. Marketing texts and calls that use automated systems or AI voices require prior express written consent.
  • Never upload purchased, rented or scraped phone lists.
  • Honor opt-outs (STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or any reasonable request) within 10 business days. Our tools stop messages automatically when someone replies with a standard keyword.
  • Don't send messages before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in the recipient's time zone, or earlier and later than your state allows.
  • Your business texting registration (A2P 10DLC) is filed in your legal business name. Carriers decide whether to approve it and may filter messages. We cannot guarantee approval or delivery.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to send spam; to impersonate any person or business; to mislead consumers; to collect data illegally; to promote illegal products or services; to send content about cannabis, firearms, gambling, high-risk lending or other topics carriers prohibit; to spread malware; or to break any law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

10. AI features

  • AI assistants and AI-drafted replies can make mistakes. Review AI settings, answers and prices you give it, and check AI-drafted replies before relying on them.
  • AI assistants identify themselves as AI. Don't turn off or hide that disclosure, and don't present an AI as a human.
  • Don't let the AI give legal, medical, financial or insurance advice, quotes or promises your business wouldn't make in writing.
  • Calls handled by AI or recorded calls must follow call-recording consent laws in your and the caller's states. We set a disclosure message at the start of recorded calls.

11. Your customers' data

For personal information about your customers that we process for you, you are the business in control of that information and we act as your service provider. We will use it only to provide the Services and as you instruct, keep it confidential, protect it with reasonable security, not sell it, help you answer your customers' privacy requests, tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting it, and delete it within 90 days after the Services end unless you request an export or the law requires us to keep it.

12. Third-party services

The Services run on third-party platforms, including HighLevel/LeadConnector, Google, Stripe, domain registrars and telecommunications carriers. Their terms also apply. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, filtering or fees. We will tell you about changes that significantly affect your Services.

13. No guaranteed results

We work to bring you more calls, bookings and reviews, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, search rankings, reviews or revenue.

14. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services, demos and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Merabo's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid Merabo in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity duties, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Merabo against third-party claims, fines and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your messages, calls and emails, your lack of required consent, or your violation of these Terms or the law. Merabo will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that our own templates or code infringe someone's intellectual property.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by written notice. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

18. SMS Terms (Merabo text messages)

These terms apply to text messages that Merabo sends from its own business number.

  • Program: Merabo customer messages.
  • How you join: by checking an SMS consent box on a Merabo form, or by texting us first. Consent to texts is never required to get a demo or buy our services.
  • What we send: replies to your questions, your demo link, appointment confirmations and reminders, and account and service notices. We send marketing texts only if you separately agreed to receive them.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time (QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Age: you must be 18 or older to sign up.
  • Privacy: we do not share or sell mobile numbers or text consent with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

19. General terms

  • Changes: we may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and email clients at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the change.
  • Notices: we send notices to the email address on your account. You send notices to [email protected].
  • Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a successor in a merger or sale of our business.
  • Events beyond control: neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as outages of third-party platforms, natural disasters or government action.
  • Independent parties: we are independent contractors, not partners or employees.
  • Severability and waiver: if a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any written order or proposal you accept are the entire agreement between us. If they conflict, a signed written agreement controls, then these Terms.
