This Privacy Policy explains how RRG Digital Marketing LLC, doing business as Merabo ("Merabo," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit getmerabo.com, request a demo, communicate with us, or use our website and lead-generation services.
Merabo is a brand of RRG Digital Marketing LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, 200 Baysdale Dr, Columbia, SC 29229. We build websites and lead tools (such as missed-call text-back, online booking, review requests and AI chat) for local businesses. Our services are offered to businesses, not to consumers for personal use.
To prepare a website demo for a business, we may use information that business has published, such as its name, city, services and public website or business listing. We do not buy contact lists.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We send text messages only to people who have given us permission, for example by checking an SMS consent box on our forms, or who texted us first and asked for a reply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE) to stop, and HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means as soon as possible and no later than 10 business days. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.
Every marketing email we send includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. After you unsubscribe we may still send transactional or relationship messages, such as your demo link, invoices or service notices.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| HighLevel / LeadConnector | Hosts our website, forms, contact records, email and text messaging |
| Google Workspace | Our business email |
| Stripe | Payment processing for clients |
| Telecommunications carriers and messaging providers | Delivering text messages you agreed to receive |
| Professional advisers | Legal, accounting and similar advice, under confidentiality duties |
| Authorities | When required by law or to protect rights, safety and property |
| A buyer or successor | If our business or brand is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy |
Our service providers may use your information only to provide services to us. Information is stored and processed in the United States.
Some of our tools use artificial intelligence, such as chat assistants on websites and AI-drafted replies to reviews. When you chat with an AI assistant that we operate, it identifies itself as an AI assistant. Conversations may be saved so the business can follow up, and they may be processed by the AI providers our platform uses to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive information such as health, financial account or government ID numbers in a chat.
Our website uses cookies and browser storage that are needed to run pages and forms, remember your demo details on your device, and measure visits. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. We do not currently use advertising pixels. If we add advertising or analytics tools from third parties, we will update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
When a business becomes our client, its own customers' information (for example, people who submit the client's website forms or call the client's business number) is collected and used on the client's behalf and under the client's instructions. In that role we act as a service provider (processor), and the client's own privacy policy governs that information. Questions about a client's practices should go to that business. We will help our clients respond to requests from their customers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access limited to people who need it, account login protections, and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law, including South Carolina Code § 39-1-90.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
Some U.S. state laws give residents additional rights. We honor the rights above for everyone. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify the request using information we already have, such as your email address, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent if you give them written permission. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within 45 days.
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and if a change is significant we will tell clients by email before it takes effect.
